Another sketch I did, this is of the Doctor and Rose in Doomsday, the lyrics are from the Puddle of Mudd song Blurry.
As lovely as Journey’s End was when Rose kissed TenII, it was also very sad seeing the true Doctor watching them, and then just walking away. But I think that he realized that that was the only way that Rose would ever have had a happy ending, he gave her the one thing he couldn’t do himself, someone to grow old with.
I know I’m still a day behind, my apologies.

Ha! I’m about to spam you with the Doctor and Rose! In my last post, I mentioned that I thought I Want To Hold Your Hand by the Beatles should be their song, so I did a picspam of them holding hands to prove it :)

I’m sorry that I keep slipping behind on this, I am in the middle of packing for a move right now to be on my own for the first time, so my time on the computer is limited, but please bear with me. I will probably do 18 and 19 together.
Day 17: What songs would appear in your Doctor Who mixtape?
Okay, so this is the third Doctor who playlist that I have made and it’s my favorite, mainly because it favors the Doctor and Rose ♥.
1. Space Oddity-David Bowie, this is an obvious one, but it makes me smile.
2. Across the Universe-The Beatles, I find this song incredibly perfect for the show
3. Blurry-Puddle of Mudd, now this song isn’t incredibly perfect for the doctor/Rose, but the beginning of it is.
4. Beyond the Sun-Shinedown, the first time I heard this song, I thought of DW
5. Dreaming With a Broken Heart-John Mayer, this is perfect for the two when they get split up, I actually ventured on youtube to see if anyone made one, and it made me cry lol.
6. Requiem for a Dream-Clint Mastwell, obviously there’s no lyics in the picture above because the song hasn’t any, but regardless, the song has the perfect intense melody to fit perfectly with the show.
7. I want to Hold Your Hand-The Beatles, I have always thought of this as the Doctor and Rose’s song, and I always will.
8. All the Same-Sick Puppies, more Doctor/Rose adoration.
9. Spaceman-The Killers, this upbeat song is for the lovely Donna.
10. Best I Ever Had (Grey Sky Morning)-Vertical Horizon, if you have not heard this song then go listen to it, it is beyond perfect for their parting.
11. Shattered-Trading Yesterday, again this is another that works so well for their split. It’s makes me cry when I listen to it, which pretty much sums up their goodbye scenes.
12. Back In Time-Huey Lewis and the News, NO! all of my songs are not depressing!!!
13. Cast No Shadow-Oasis, but most of them are lol.
14. Just What I Needed-The Cars, I feel that this song is great for the lighter moods of the Doctor/Rose, because she truly was exactly what he needed.
14. Walking in My Shoes-Depeche Mode, this could easily be Ten’s theme song.
16. Fight the Good Fight-Triumph, this is another one that if you have not heard you must find and listen to.
17. Crazy-Gnarles Barkley, this one also would work as a little theme for the Doctor.
18. Laugh, I Nearly Died-the Rolling Stones, my favorite Stones song, I love how it works so well with the show.
19. So Happy Together (punk cover)-Newfound Glory, this is another song that is perfect the lighthearted moments between the Doctor and Rose.
20. Resistance-Muse, I do believe that the picture speaks for me.
21. Counting Stars-Hum, this is most definitely Donna’s song ♥.
22. The Day the World Went Away-Nine Inch Nails, this is great for the episode Stolen Earth
Okay, so yeah, that was a long list, but as a music major, playlists are kind of my thing, and I can’t resist with DW.
