Day 10 - Favorite Neil quote about BR

“Barney will always be the Cad, but I think that he’s finally met his match with Scherbatsky.”

I love this quote because I feel that Neil is comepletely right, Barney is never going to bright and innocent, but he can be in a relationship and be happy if he has the right person, and that person is definitely Robin.

*GACK* I just realized I misspelled Robin’s last name, shame on me….

Day 9 - Scene that made you angry

I’m not going to go with a specific scene that made me mad, I’m gonna go with an entire episode. The Rough Patch is easily my least favorite episode of the entire series, it didn’t make sense, and it never should have happened. The whole Barney and Robin getting fat and old thing never would have happened, and it was just an excuse to break up a great couple before they ever really got a chance. I hated everything about it, from them flipping a coin for sex to the rediculous plan to break them up. the only funny scene in the entire episode was Archisexture, that was cute and I can see Barney doing that, but asides from that the Rough Patch was both rediculous and uncalled for. It happened two seasons ago and I’m still pissed.

Day 8 - Least favorite person that came between them-Nora

For some reason I never liked Nora, and it’s not just because she came inbetween Barney and Robin. Barney needed to mature a bit, but Nora just seemed so fake and insincere to me. She reminds me of Emily from Friends, I can’t quite put my finger on it but I hate her guts.

Day 7 - Scene that made you sad/upset

“Sometimes hours can feel like minutes, and sometimes a single second can last a lifetime.”

This scene made me sad and upset at the same time. It broke my heart and completely shattered Barney’s. This scene has me really irritated at Robin for the moment, but honestly, it’s not all her fault, Kevin didn’t want to hear it. So I don’t hate her, I’m just upset because she didn’t give Barney any heads up at all, it kind of makes me fear that the Barney and Robin ship has just sailed…but I still have hope for this ship.

Day 6 - Best line from another character about them

“Robin: Since you know me pretty well, am I fooling myself with this whole Barney thing?

Ted: I don’t know. I will say this though: I’ve seen Barney work hard to get women, and I’ve seen him work hard to get rid of women. I’ve never seen him work this hard to keep one around”.

This just describes their relationship as a whole, Barney always wants to keep Robin around.

Day 5-Scene that made you happy

I absolutely adore this scene, I had been shipping Robin and Barney since Zip, Zip, Zip and had always wanted them together. I had kind of given up on it, thinking it would never happen, and then Sandcastles in the Sand happened, but they didn’t get together and I was seriously disappointed. But when this scene came around I literally applauded, this scene makes me smile every time, because it shows off how perfect they are for eachother, and because Barney actually wants the trouble.

This is the moment that every single Barney and Robin shipper has been waiting for since season five, I have not and will not stop fangirling, I haven’t the capability.

When Robin looked at Barney and called him an idiot I almost died, it was so cute, and then the way Barney just looked at her and smiled, I love it.

This literally just happened last episode, but it is most definitely my new favorite quote. I think this is just the sweetest thing ever, and the way it’s delivered is even sweeter…damn that phone! :x
